For starters, look up what wormhole generator and energy wall are. Familiarize yourself with stun grenade launchers as well. Also keep in mind that grade 11 gear can withstand a lot of damage.

@Kasra You need to recruit a large amount of S, S+, or S++. There are some FOBs on Security Challenge that exist so you can farm them, fortunately.

Not cheating, look up what wormholes and energy wall are. Use different weapons and switch tactics when it's clear your shotgun isn't working.
