This continues to be my favourite game of all time, nothing has yet to surpass its wit, charm and variety, it even has a story that makes sense all things considered.
You will have to grab yourself some patches though as rushed development left a fair few bugs.

So go buy a hooker and weapons, steal pills from the hospital and start a fight with a guy who will beat you with his own arm that he amputated himself.
and thats just in the first level.
