This game has so much depth, it can feel a little Grundy and the rank system is useless as you have to wait for people to recognize your contribution which if your running supplies, or resource gathering no one notices. Other than that, the game has a great community behind it so far, people seem friendly and everyone knows they're working to the same goal.
