An absurdly addicting loop, and heaven for hoarders. The only thing I don't like is that you basically have to set your own goals, since aside from a couple of missions, you are rarely punished in any meaningful way for not sorting the cash perfectly, or even submitting the wrong amount. It desperately needs an additional difficulty mode, where you either can't submit a job until the cash is 100% sorted, or you're severely punished for any counterfeit/marked bills.
That didn't stop me from playing through a couple of times, each time making my setup slightly more efficient.

It looks nice and does have cats, but overall it's disappointing.
- Every object takes approximately 10000 years to clean and the upgrades don't help much - it stops being satisfying and starts getting tedious pretty quickly.
- The helper robots are largely useless.
- You can't clean more than one object at the same time - this would add some fun and depth.
- There's only one tool, and the mechanics don't change from level to level, if not counting the helper robots, which are more trouble than they're worth.
It's still satisfying to see a clean level at the end, but the process itself is more painful than it should be.

The amount of fun I got from this game justifies the positive review, but overall, it just oozes unrealized potential. The number of bugged or unsolvable cases I came upon is absurd, and the procedural generation doesn't provide as much variety as advertised. The cases get pretty samey pretty fast, and the systems (like the dialogue system, emails or the pursuits) aren't polished enough for the immersive sim elements to really shine.

I was expecting Cake Mania but with a fun twist of the cake being human meat. It was decently entertaining for an hour or two, but it's unfortunately nowhere near as good as other time management games. There simply isn't much to the gameplay, and the game ends before the combination of the mechanics had a chance to get interesting. Also, the fact that you're able to prepare for as long as you want between levels makes it all too easy.

The theme had promise, and the Sweeney Todd-but-this-time-he's-a-tailor premise had a lot of potential, but it was overall underutilized. The narrative elements were few and far between, and the ending was disappointing.

There's a cat, though, so it goes from "meh" to "meh, but has a cat".

Holy crap, what a journey. This game pretty much rekindled my love for games - I haven't been this mesmerised for years.
It oozes passion, and it's overall less janky than it appears. It's frankly insane that this is a one-man project.

It does drag a bit towards the end (that underwater section? Cut 90% of that, it's way too long), but I definitely got my money's worth and then some.

An excellent sequel to Thief Sim 1. It's still janky (understandable, this being a mostly one-man project), but much, much more polished than I've anticipated. Basically, it's Thief Sim 1, but better in pretty much every single way.
I'm impressed by the support it's still getting - the dev's been squashing bugs and adding features (including content, like new heists) left and right ever since the release.
There are basically no other games in this particular subgenre besides the Thief Sims and American Theft, and this one currently sits at the top. Moar content pls.

The Build engine game OF THE FUTUUURE. Packed with secrets and smooth game feel. Could do with a bit more enemy variety, though.

OpenTTD without all that complicated economic sandbox malarkey. Just find the most optimal way to produce and deliver the goods in the allotted time.
It's pretty much crack. With trains. And star ratings.

Well, finished the demo 7 times, which is saying something, I think. Great, addicting stuff. A few things that can be improved:
- The color palette, while unique, sometimes makes it hard to quickly differentiate between some enemy types.
- The question mark events need some work - I think giving information what exactly each option does is necessary in this kind of game. Also, the dog event - they took away hp four times before I retreated. Overkill much? A visible hp and cash counter would not go amiss, too.
- The final boss needs knockback immunity, I think. It was a bit anticlimactic to push him out on the first turn. It would be nice not to rely on luck THAT much.

I'm defenitely picking up the full version.
