I think the DLC policy in this game is greedy and dishonest.

That being said this is an awesome Strategy game with an immense amount of replay value.

You sort of need to buy the Common Sense and Art of War DLCs to get the full game. If you can't afford them, you can go without them. But without Common Sense you will have a tough time playing outside of Europe. Art of War is important for some world conquest features, but you could probably live without that as well.
I recommend you do NOT buy any other DLC they offer. The rest of the DLCs are targeted towards a specific country and you can 100% play without them.

Just a narrative game. Doesn't have any replay value. It's the type of game you can watch someone else play through and you will get the full experience. I recommend watching it on youtube instead of buying it. I regret buying it and I feel I got the most the game has to offer.

I purchased this game in very early access, back when Kerbin was the only planet and there were only two engines to put on your rockets. I've spent hundreds of hours playing before porting the game over to steam, so that time is not reflected in the reported hours played.

The premise of the game is simple: Explore space.

There are different game modes to accomplish that feat. There's a sandbox mode where you have access to all items and can build any rocket you can imagine. There are also science and career modes that each have progression and require the player to make small steps toward the goal of exploration. Personally, I prefer to play sandbox mode. But the other modes are pretty well balanced and give more well-defined objectives for players who tire of the sandbox.

The reason this game is fantastic is the real rocket science and physics that happen in the background. Now that doesn't mean you have to do math or understand Kepler's laws to play the game. Ultimately most players, myself included, just put together a big rocket and hit GO. However, the most ambitious among us can do the real calculations to determine the size of their rocket, the amount of fuel they need, the burn times, the engines, everything. The real physics is what makes this game so amazing to me. Anyone who plays this game will walk away with a substantially better understanding of how rockets work and of real-life space travel. I even describe this game as educational, and highly recommend it to anyone in STEM fields and absolutely recommend it to children who hope to enter STEM fields.

The other huge benefit of the simulation-like physics becomes apparent when the player reaches their own goals. I can still remember the first time I managed to land on the Mun. It felt like I had really accomplished something spectactular. Like I made a leap for mankind. It was a feeling I have never experienced in any other game, and I doubt I will ever experience that same feeling again. It felt real. Like I was a part of a real mission to land on the real moon.

I cannot recommend this game enough. The incredible sense of accomplishment gained from the first time you make it to space, get into orbit, land on the Mun, and reach other planets makes this game absolutely worth it. Not to mention the game is very fun and allows for an extreme amount of creativity and problem solving.

This game is like Harvest Moon with more depth, better character development, and more customization. If you've enjoyed any Harvest Moon game even a little, I highly recommend this game.

Dishonored is a first person action game with some unique twists. You play the role of a loyal bodygaurd who is wrongfully accused of murder. You are granted supernatural powers by a god who enjoys watching your revenge. The story is good enough to give the player motivation to "get revenge", but it also puts you in a situation where that revenge isn't necesarily murder. While the plot is somewhat interesting the main features of this game are the stealth mechanics, the powers, and the choice to kill.

The stealth in this game is solid. You can stay out of sight and be quiet to avoid detection. The levels are designed so that there are multiple places to hide and different paths to take. You are highly encouraged to be sneaky. So you'll probably be lurking around a lot.
If you are detected, you'll be faced with a fight. Gaurds will call over other gaurds to help fight you. There are also other enemies, but gaurds are the main foe throughout the game. You have a few lethal weapons at your disposal, such as a sword, gun, and crossbow. There are also nonlethal options in a fight. Tranquilizer darts or choking a gaurd out can subdue an enemy without killing him. Running and hiding may also be an option. In fact you can play the entire game without killing a single person. You may also be able to use some of your supernatural powers to fight or evade.

The powers are the true highlight of the game. These seperate your character from the npcs. There are several powers to unlock, and they can all be upgraded into a more powerful version. My favorite powers are blink, time slow, and whirlwind. Blink is your bread and butter, it lets you teleport a short distance with extreme accuracy. Blink is great for stealth, combat, evasion, and navigating the level. Slowing time is a cool power that makes fighting easy. Upgraded you can basically stop time. Combined with blink, slowing time can let you sneak across an open room filled with gaurds because they won't have time to see you. Whirlwind turns you into the last airbender, letting you toss gaurds around and dominate combat. There's some other powers too.

The game isn't all good. It has some problems. First of all it is fairly short. It will likely take 8 hours or so to complete. That being said there is some replay value, because to can play sneakier or more violently. Also you can't get all the powers in a single game so you have to play multiple times to use them all. The levels are short but they are also fun and memorable.
Another problem with the "levels" is that you cannot go back and use unlocks from later levels on the earlier ones. In other words you can't get all the powers and then return to the first level to just have fun with it. I see why it's not in there, but it would have been fun.

The DLC isn't too great, I think the base game is much better. The DLC is completely seperate from the base storyline and only adds a different campaign.

Overall, the game plays very well. It is very fun and offers a lot of player freedom. The main downfall of the game is that there isn't more of it, it ends too quickly. The powers are very cool and fun. The stealth is fun. The combat is fun. It is simply a fun game.

This is one of the best games ever. Get the Mount and Blade Tweaker, and the battle sizer. I also recommend the Democracy Mod (can be found on the workshop).

Start the game as an impovershed noble, or a stepp child. Work your way up as you build an army and even become a king. The combat system is very similar to the Chivalry games and has a very good hitbox system. If it's on sale, just get it!

The game needs a lot more work to be considered complete. The idea is fun but it's not balanced which is so important for a asymetrical multiplayer game.

EDIT (11/24/2017):
Looking through my reviews I decided to revisit this game. It was in early access and I thought maybe the devs made some major changes to fix the game's balance and general unfinished vibe.
Well, not much has changed. The gameplay is still clunky, the models still look like placeholders, and little has changed gameplay-wise. There are now a few additional gamemodes, however I couldn't try them out. I could barely find a 1 vs 1 game, let alone an 8 v 8 because the game is dead. You might get lucky and find 100 people online, but the matchmaking system must be broken because 9 out of 10 times I still couldn't find a game. I tried searching as both the dad and the baby, but could almost never connect to another player. I think if you want to play this game online you will need to set up a custom game with a friend or spend a lot of time "matchmaking" and not actually playing a match.
I stand by my earlier review. Don't buy this game.

One of the classic FPS games, often compared to Call of Duty or Battlefield, Team Fortress 2 is a cartoon style, objective based game that always keeps you coming back for more. Now completely free-to-play, TF2 is kept alive by a microtransaction market and player marketplace. But hang on, this isn't EA running this game! Valve is able to encorporate a real-currency market place without creating an annoying pay-to-win atmosphere that many games do. By playing the game, players will also find items for free that can be used with the different in-game classes. The gameplay is solid, smooth, and very fun. With many different classes, everyone will be able to choose their favaorites and select the class that makes them happiest. Maybe you want to run around as a scout and grab objectives. Maybe you're more likely to pick up a minigun and mow down the opposition. Want to pretend to be on the other team and then stab those monkeys in the back? Sounds like a spy kind of guy. Support classes such as medic and engineer are also invaluble to a team. With different maps, gamemodes, classes, and very fun gameplay, Team Fortress 2 is a game that will be alive and loved for many years to come.

And it's free. Why don't you have this game yet?
