Game was released as something what should be alpha, beta at best version of the game. After 2 months since release, devs are stopping any kind of bug fixing/patching the game, which still still not have basic things implemented, like unlapping cars during safety car.

This is the game worth any price, either 20$ like it is now or 30$ when it will be in a few days. Hell, I would easily pay 50$ for its current state and it is not even final release. The game is very user friendly, some parts are more complicated, but everything is well explained in game. Really recommended.
