Brilliant and Absolutely Fantastic. That's just two things about RCT2. There is no other game like it, There is no other game that has such amazing gameplay, and the graphics don't even bother you, it's everything amazing about a video game (heck you could call it an art masterpiece) that is pure greatness. The game is that much of an A+ game. It's not even an A+, i'd call it a rating above S! Sure, Sure, you could say, successors like RCT3, Planet Coaster, and Parkitect, are far better, and has such better graphics and game modes, but they all have a lot of problems that the developers/fans didn't fix. Planet Coaster, Parkitect, and RCT3 are all great games, but they're nothing compared to the shear fun that Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 has. I just get that feeling, i'm playing a good game. The Chainlift starts, then stops, guests screaming, The RCT2 logo in front of you. And then the carousel music hits. I just feel at home, when playing RCT2. When I go and start the game up, It brings me back to times, where I didn't have to worry about anything, but just what am I going to do for the rest of the day? The game itself, is so addicting, you never want to stop building your park. And whenever you are left with an empty space, just a blank park, you think of what the park will be. It could be a lovely, well designed, beautiful themed park. It could just be a bunch of roller coasters, or it could be a peep death trap, only for the good laughs. The game isn't the only best part about RCT2. The community of it is good. It is fairly small, but also fairly active. Discord servers of the game, posts on reddit, and so on. But the best thing from the community is OpenRCT2. If OpenRCT2 was displayed on Steam, and you'd look at the amount of hours put into the game, it would be at 51,945,721,438,239,076 hours. I am serious. OpenRCT2 is a mod that fixes the game's biggest flaws, while also adding in Online Play, Mod Support, Cheats, and Debugging. I fell in love with OpenRCT2 instantly, and never been a vanilla player ever since. It would be the first thing i'd say when someone is interested in playing Rollercoaster Tycoon.

RCT2 is a Fantastic Masterpiece, with only your imagination as the limit. It is a shame on how the franchise became after RCT3, but even then, i'd still play an awesome game like this. This will always be one of my absolute Favorites, and will probably be yours too.
