Enemies and the game's overall mechanics are very linear. Controlling the character can sometimes be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with upgrades being almost pointless, and regularly develops fatal DirectX errors, regardless if you're on DX12 or DX11. Although the whole theme is "Hell", it seems more like it's just grotesque just for the sake of being grotesque, and not because of "hell" or "unholy" elements. - You get tired of fart, poop and gore jokes real quick when that's 90% of the game.

The game isn't inherently bad, but does suffer critical bugs that the developers seem to have just up and ignored, and the actual fundamentals of a collect-a-thon platformer are missing. You play an RPG for 20,000 collectables, not this.

It's a game you'd pick up on Steam Summer Sale, not as an outright.

Over 2000 hours on Overwatch 1. Ended up quitting due to players smurfing, cheating and just a toxic game in general. Tried OW2 each season: Unranked is okay, but ranked is a literal cesspool.

The Matchmaking MMR system is as whack as Blizzard's choice of board members, smurfs and cheaters are en-masse since the game went F2P and they keep balancing heroes based on a dead-content OWL by a handful of people. The artists and developers put SO MUCH work into this game, but it is single handedly ruined by poor choices such as a lack of "Mobile for Ranked Requirement" like other competitive games, because a small bunch of people somehow can't afford a $2 SIM card.

I can't even get through a handful of games each season on ranked because it's just so horribly designed. They honestly should just do a full MMR wipe (or give the option to) and require a mobile number + 100 hours before you can touch Ranked. Anyone high ranked & top 500 should be able to climb back up if they genuinely are that good.

Controls are horrible and janky, FPS is constantly dropping on a high-end machine and rendering is terrible. Thought I'd give it a go but it's just as bad as everyone said it was.

I shot an unarmed man in the leg with a crossbow, then someone rode past me on a horse and skewered my with a spear. 10/10, would kill someone with a frying pan again.
