I am writing to sincerely apologize for the deeply unfortunate and unexpected incident that occurred during your mothers quinceañera celebration last night.
I regret to inform you that, due to an unforeseen and highly embarrassing loss of bodily control, I caused an incident that involved having a very liquid and explosive bowel movement on your dog. I fully understand that this was inappropriate, distressing, and disruptive to what should have been a joyful and memorable occasion.
I take full responsibility for what happened and am truly sorry for any discomfort, inconvenience, or offense it may have caused. I would also like to extend my apologies specifically regarding your dog, who was entirely innocent in this matter and did not deserve such an experience.
