Probably the best tactics game of all time. And it runs on mac so I can play it when I'm bored in class. Fans don't even turn on at all when I limit the game to 60fps on max settings.

I played through the entirety of Astroneer in co-op with my sister in 5 days. 56.7 hours within 5 days. It's an amazing game that was worth (mostly) every minute. The graphics may vaguely remind you of Roblox, but believe me, with the highest settings the game looks astonishing. Sunrises and sunsets perfectly color the clouds in such a vibrant and exotic way that really no other game manages to do (with the experimental cloud option on).

Now, looking at the other reviews for the game, you might be wondering how my experience with the co-op/multiplayer went. It definitely was not as smooth as I would've hoped. The game saves anytime a player enters a vehicle or shelter- which in theory is pretty great, but when each "save" causes the game to freeze for the host for ~3 seconds, it gets very tiring. A three second save is generally fine, but the amount of times that players need to hop out of their vehicles and hop back in to flip it or get it out of some hole causes this short freeze to become a frustratingly frequent problem.

This brings me to my second point. Vehicles. There are a fair number of choices when it comes to the land vehicles in this game; there's a tractor, a buggy, and three types of rovers. Rovers come in 3 sizes: large rovers, medium rovers, and trailers. All of these can be driven by themselves when a seat is attached to it, but can also be attached to one another to create a convoy. Tractors can also be the head of these convoys. Driving in this game was definitely my biggest issue. Because of their design, convoys are easy trapped on hills or rocks. When this happens, you either continue to try and move forward/backward/left/right in a silly attempt to free the rest of the convoy that usually takes a considerable amount of time, or you can get out of your rover and use your terrain manipulation tool to get rid of the problem. Even this method has its own problems, more often than not creating even more bumps and potholes for your convoy to get stuck in. The whole ordeal is a painful process that occurs far too frequently. In addition to this, I find that vehicles will often start sinking into the ground to a point where half their wheel is underground, which again causes you to whip out your terrain tool to destroy the ground the vehicle is stuck in. A glitch has also happened to me twice where convoys would be shoved into the ground upon flipping and you would only see the last trailer sticking up from the ground.

Spaceship bugs also occur in this game, which is scary because of all the loot I normally pack before trips to other planets. I would sometimes find that landing areas would not be shown correctly, forcing the player to fly to another planet and come back. I was stranded on a planet once because my solid-fuel thruster refused to operate because it "needed fuel" but only hydrazine thrusters need fuel. I was stuck on a barren tundra while I waited for my sister to craft another solid-fuel thruster to save me. In the end-game transportation method, *spoilers*teleportation through the core of the planets*spoilers*, my sister would be literally stuck in space until she suffocated if she attempted to use it.

All of these bugs and glitches are minor, but when there are so many, they stack up on one another and it gets very annoying- especially when using vehicles.

However, with Astroneer, the pros heavily outweigh the cons. There is nothing more fun than bringing an entire large rover setup complete with 3 drills, a crane, a self-sufficient energy supply, an oxygenator, and 2 large storage silos all on one spaceship. Mining and exploring in this game especially with drills feels rewarding and the packaging system they have to be able to bring large supplies from one planet to another is genius. Going around planet to planet with a friend to obtain unique gases, hunt for different ores, or scavenge for that last achievement is a feeling like none other. Base building is incredibly satisfying with the way you craft all these components and cable them up to one another. The click as the cables snap into place is an unforgettable sound. Building huge slides that go up above the clouds and seem to go straight to heaven astounds me. Playing soccer with mysterious glowy balls and fast buggies will put a smile on even the most stoic of people- who even needs to buy rocket league?

In Astroneer, co-op is riddled with bugs and glitches. But despite this, the co-op is also what brings the best out of this game. I do not think that I would have played the game as much as I have if I purely played the game in singleplayer, and I also think that multiplayer is a key part of enjoying this game.

So yeah, buy the game- but make sure you also text your buddy and make them buy it too.

I had a really hard time contemplating whether I should recommend this game or not. It would have been a flawless and superb game if it weren't for one simple mistake.

The gameplay itself is amazing and in my opinion the best that the Far Cry series has to offer. Vehicle selection is astonishing. With anything from sea, land, or air, you'll be blowing so much stuff up you'll go deaf. Weapons are awesome; they're all really balanced and there is no "best weapon". You kind of just find one that suits how you play the game and you stick with it. There's so much to do in Hope County. From fishing to shooting down cultist planes in amazing dogfights, it's impossible to be bored.

The game is captivating and just so much fun to play. I just couldn't stop playing it, and I had the whole entire main campaign finished within five days of buying the game. The story was emotional. The developers let you grow a relationship with the characters, and then right at that moment when you grew attached to them, they ripped them away from you. Some were kidnapped. Some were shot in front of you.

And when you finally got to the bosses that were responsible for the countless number of deaths and the unimaginable amounts of pain and torture that you saw all around in the county, you slowly began to understand. You began to see that they actually thought that they were saving these people. They thought that they were doing the right thing, that their actions were morally justified.

The game was perfect. I was hooked. I played through most of it, and then I got to the end. This is the only part about Far Cry 5 that is a little shaky. This is the part where you either hate it, love it, or just too shocked too have an opinion on it. The ending of Far Cry 5 was unpredictable. It was the plot twist daddy of plot twists, and it makes you feel like complete garbage. I can't describe it without spoiling anything, so just know that if you need a good ending where everyone is happily ever after, this is not for you. If you want more information on the ending of Far Cry 5, here is a youtube link where you can check it out for yourself and realize either how much you would love it or how much it would destroy you.

Door Kickers is quite a phenominal game. I got this game because I remember all those moment playing team fps shooters, and me saying to myself when we lost, "dood if i had control of our teamates i could pull off pro strats and win".

Well, this game has certainly proved me wrong. There are angles, armor, caliber, range, shields, and many other things in this game that make it the best tactical game mustered up. Different points and strategies of entry make difficult choices; should you flash in and move in your teamates from the other side of the room? Or should you perhaps plant charges on both sides and let mayhem spray out across everyone inside? These are the kind of planning details that I like to see. It's your own squad, you have complete control over them, and its overall just a great game.

Customization. Door Kickers once again proves itself to me. Different weapons for each of the five classes, many sidearms, grenades, breaching charges, support gear, armor, it's everything that you would want to have in a real life scenario. You can also change every individual squad member (10 of them) to the name you like, the callsign you want for them, and the image that you believe fits them most.

I've never seen more strategy guides for a single game. This should be more popular, I'm not sure why nobody has it. If you want an outstanding strategy game that you can play around with tactics and think to yourself, "im a fockin master moi8", Door Kickers is a definite for you.

Overall, 9.5/10
A must-buy for any shooter fan out there.

This game is worth much more than it is priced. The amount of awesomeness you get out of the game is pure fun. From the fantastic planning of co-op to the intense moments when you use a c4 on a huge group of people in multiplayer; this game has it all.

Insurgency puts you in command of a soldier (or insurgent) from a range of places. For the most part, it's about blowing up enemy supply caches (where they resupply on ammo and guns) and holding control points. It is different from other games in the fact that to blow up the supply caches, you need explosives, and to get explosives, you need lighter weight to be able to hold it, so you need to sacrafice some attachments or even a gun. This makes planning vital to your team since if no one has explosives then you might as well just walk in front of the enemy with no weapons, but it everyone has explosives then main gun firepower will be reduced making it harder to get to the caches you need to blow up.

The game itself is as if CS:GO made it feel more like something from CoD and then added some stuff from Homefront: The Revolution. You can customize nearly every weapon and it feels satisfying to change a silent sniper to a medium range battle rifle. The only glitches are that sometimes my map bugs out and there is slight green lines (nothing that serious it doesn't bother me and game is very much still playable), and a couple of very minor glitches too.

It's a very fun game if you like the genre, but honestly, I wouldn't buy it right now. I put this review on a 'Yes, I would recommend it to a friend' because of how awesome it is, however, a new version of the game is coming out called "Insurgency: Sandstorm". Unlike Insurgency, this game will be on the unreal engine so graphics will be dramatically better. There is no current release date but they say they want to get it in beta as soon as possible. It's a great game in all, but maybe waiting for the new release would be a good thing to do.

I've played a lot of zombie games that allow you to team up with your friends and have much better graphics than this game and much better mechanics/weapons/content. However, I can say with certainty, that I would recommend this game over every single apocalyptic game on Steam.

With over 700 hours played on this game, I think it's safe to say that I have my fair share of stories to be told. I started playing this game long ago, before I can even remember. It was just another zombie game at first. It was generic and boring, and since I didn't really have any online friends at that point, I didn't really like the game. Especially because of all the times I would get loot and become rich gang only to be hunted and killed by the bandits in servers. Yes, I did realize there are PvE servers in the game, but that was boring and there wasn't any tension. I even once had a review on this game that read something along the lines of "IF YOU DONT STOP BANDITS IN THIS GAME I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO STOP PLAYING!". Like I even had any friends. Good prank. Anyways, after that point, I stopped playing the game for at least a couple of years. I came back, hopped on the server that I had favorited long ago, and just played around a bit.

On that server, I came across this huge base on Washington, that reigned over Arlington farm. Literally. The walls surrounding the whole place were high enough to be compared to a castle, and it was intimidating. I walked inside, and someone greeted me. He gave me food and helped me out, but I wanted to lend him a helping hand as well because he basically saved my life. We talked about how retarded people who killed on sight were, but then he said I could help out with their base. They were very suspicous of me at first, and they didn't let me into their group. At the time, it was only the guy who helped me out and his friend. They had to open doors for me since I didn't have access, and they didn't give me a whole lot of priveleges. However, once I helped them fend off a raid, they invited me into their group and soon enough, I was apart of them. I quickly became very skilled at the game, knowing crafting recipes by heart and knowing how to loot and kill without being hurt. I learned the skills that were essential to me, and the ones that could hold off until later. I learned to always carry a bed with me so in case I didn't have food, I could place the bed down right next to me and respawn right next to all my dropped gear.

Soon, there was another person into the group. At first sight, I thought he was pretty much 6 or 7 years old because he spawned in with an astronaut suit. He didn't use his mic until later, when I realized he wasn't as young as I thought. Keep in mind that at this time, I had told all of my friends that my mic didn't work. I was insecure about my voice and everytime I used the mic there were always the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who kicked me simply because I told them where I thought we should go. I used text chat. All the time.

I grew very close to this group. I was basically in as close as a relationship to them as I was with people I knew in real life. Once I finished my homework, I would get home, and play this game with them. I went on raids with them, I recruited more members with them, I did daring stunts with them, and we as a team basically controlled the server. There was another group; "worldwatch", which we fought with. We were the biggest two groups on the server, and we raided eachother hard. I made a peace treaty with them and soon enough, I was invited to their group as well.

This server was shut down.

We went to another server on Russia this time, making a huge base on the hill between the train tunnel and the military base. Once again, we reigned over the server. However, this time, the group we were fighting against were the admins. They abused their powers. We have proof towards that. Still, we stayed in that server until it too, was shut down.

Then we went to Arma 2 and played operation arrowhead and DayZ. That quickly became a bore.

After that, the group was lost. I'm only friends with three of the members still, as the other 5 unfriended me. Even then, one of them never comes online anymore. This game is my baby. I stopped playing it, but still. If you have a squad to play with, tell them to get this game. It's free. There isn't anything to not like about it. There is an update every single week. The support is nonstop.

Overall, this game is the diamond in the sea of sand. It's the memory that just keeps coming back to you.
You have nothing to lose.
There is nothing pay to win about this game.
It is free.

Install this ♥♥♥♥ . Now.
