Am I correct in interpreting the line "O'Grady rejected that idea, writing that a foreign company violating laws within the United States cannot "evade the jurisdiction of United States courts by purposefully failing to establish an address here"." to mean that no matter where you live in the world, if you break a US law and piss them off they could conceivaby punish you no matter where you live?
