I have not had this much fun since Half Life.

I grew up on Half Life.

I played DooM when i was very young but the first game that really got me into gaming was Half-Life. i prefer to it to its sequel and personally think its the greatest game ever made.

this game... this game just brought back that Buzz i got as a kid playing the first Half-Life on my school friends PC for the first time. i took home the copy of his Half-Life and placed it into on my dads work computer's CD drive only to find it needed a CD key. I frantically begged my mother to let me use the house key and call my friend, she caved, and he gave me the key over the phone. the game took a long time to install (this really was an office machine my dad had) my dad kept looking over my shoulder telling me.. "you know i dont think it will work on this PC" ... I waited and waited until the install bar eventually hit 100% i double clicked the lambda symbol shaped desktop shortcut, sweat dripping from my forehead will it run will it run... to my dads shock his computer ran the game just enough to be playable and this feeling just overcame me. and i got lost in the world that is Half-Life and i never looked back.

This Mod really genuinely brought back those feelings.

yes its short but i liked that. It leaves you wanting more it doesnt leave a bad taste nor do you tire of it at all. if you have a passion for the original like i have... play this game.

Seriously.. just play it.
