[UPDATE 1.0.6] - Most of my previous issues were fixed within the few recent patches. The game still has some issues (specially in late-game stuttering) but the overall experience has been greatly improved, with less to none game-breaking bugs. Above all, I feel like the recent changes made by the development team are leading the game in the right direction in all categories that matter. They have plans for the future that actually make sense and will surely convince me to revisit this game often enough. All that said, I'm changing my review to positive!

Currently, no. I've played the former game a lot and it had its issues ranging from quirky nuisances to annoying bugs that mostly didn't prevent the enjoyment of the game, but the Relaunched version has tons of frequent bugs that will actually softlock you. There are tons of oversights, crippling performance issues on mid-late game, and game-breaking bugs that will promptly drain your fun in no time. Had to restart my colony three times, was having tons of fun building an entirely underground base, hours and hours of infrastructure building + resource gathering, and then finally building the underground wonder (the Jumbo Cave Reinforcements) that would able me to build underground medium domes and expanding, but building it simply didn't progress the mystery bit and it is so frustrating that it makes me consider migrating everything to the surface or even starting again... for the fourth time. I will take a break from this game for a while and wait for a few (maybe a lot of) updates, the current state is bare bones and they need more time to patch it. Still love this game nonetheless, and surely will update this review if it does achieve its potential.

This is Kodaka's Magnum Opus. As a player that discovered and played the Danganronpa series recently, I was yearning for something similar yet new, and i'm glad to say this game not only succeded at it but exceeded my already high expectations! Packing an intriguing story, fresh new characters, and strategic combat, this game is completely AWESOME.
Reached 100 days by the time of this review, so I'll refrain any additional information. I also suggest you to not read anything else and play this now (or later) blindly. Experience it yourself, it is worth it!

Gotta go fast

In this demo you'll get 4 hours of interesting story, fun turn-based combat and full psychopop vibes. If you're reading this before playing the game, I assure you it is quite different from what you'll expect and in a positive way, there is so much packed into this demo that it is already incredibly polished and filled with details. My only concern is that this game needs more advertisement as it could go unnoticed by most people, even Danganronpa fans. I'm completely sure this will be a great game, looking forward to the full release!
