This game is an amazing recreation of what the US marines went through during the actual battle. It helps reflect the idea of how dangerous of a job being a service member can be.

It's got a lot to work on. Base game is entertaining but not amazing. The potential it has is high and I'm willing to gamble by continuing to play it. So far game is 6/10

Insurgency sandstorm has the best blend of immersion and arcade controls in any shooter ever made. Even in her early days as just a source mod. The high intensity co-op mode gives you that feeling of power, control, and tactical coolness everyone wants, but can't keep as the mission difficulty increases the further you progress. Eventually turning into you and your squad all shouting and screaming at each other. Relying only on muscle memory to win the objective.

This game will make you question the reasons why we fight, no matter the reason

It'll make you do things and reward you by shoving the grim aftermath in your face

Good casual game if that's what you're looking for. If you want true competitive; join ESEA or UGC leagues to really compete
