If your gonna be stupid at least use "♥♥♥♥" instead of penis. Both are childish but ♥♥♥♥ is slightly funnier and a little more mature. For the sake of the argument in favor of "♥♥♥♥" and because i'm writing this giant thing, let's include the word "♥♥♥♥". Let me ask you, which sounds better "♥♥♥♥ stab", "penis stab", or "♥♥♥♥ stab". It's obviously ♥♥♥♥ stab because it sounds funnier. Saying penis makes you sound like an eleven year old that just came out of sex-ed class and is gigglingly with his fellow mongoloids about the bats and the rats. Saying ♥♥♥♥ sounds more vulgar but more importantly in this situation it is hard to distinguish what "♥♥♥♥" is referring to.

The word "♥♥♥♥" can be used to describe somebody usually in a negative way, this also gives the word "♥♥♥♥" a negative connotation making it sound more vulgar and unannounced. But in the phrase "♥♥♥♥ stab" one could also interpret it as a stab on somebody who is a ♥♥♥♥, rather than a scuffed stab or a stab directly into the ♥♥♥♥. Let me give you another example.

"Penis" is not feasible in both situations due to its childness. "♥♥♥♥" is more vulgar and unannounced which increases its viability in the second situation, it also has multiple commonly used meanings which may cause some confusion during conversation. As we can see "♥♥♥♥" is applicable in both situations and is an extremely versatile option. Please remove the word "penis" from your vocabulary.
