It's not unbalanced, you just have to learn how to play against other heroes. It usually takes me about a minute to find breach matches and 15 seconds for a duel. The gameplay is super addicting and the masks/new heroes are worth grinding some steel for. It takes about 2 weeks of completing the 2 daily missions in order to unlock a season hero (15,000 steel) or a cosmetic mask (20,000). One thing I absolutely hate about this game is that you cannot use the menu (esc) while you are dead to, this is frustrating when your playing a new hero and trying to check your moveset. It's also true that the game's matchmaking can pit you against much higher level players but it serves as a good way to make you play better, especially when you beat them. There is enough heroes to try to master, each with their own set of pros and cons.
