i really love the selection of denpa songs and focus on early 2000's anime references & online culture. this story really resonated with me as it revolves around the hikikomori Q-chan, who loves her fictional character, yunyun!! ♡ i am very happy to see the dev was receptive to fans feedback in regards to the localization issues and acted quickly to correct the localizers shenanigans. so i purchased yunyun and am excited for all & any future updates there will be! ♡ if i had any feedback to provide it would be just two things: i do feel like the psychological horror elements are much lighter than i thought they would be. also feel the syncing for the keys are slightly off compared to the music playing, other than that, i really am enjoying yunyun syndrome so far and am excited to see where it goes from here. ♡

EDIT 2/14: MLP banner states 18% probability, but the true/total stats show differently on their website. Special item is 0.1% - 0.2% until your 4th and 5th pull it goes up by 6%. meanwhile the hair goes up almost 60% on 5th pull. Effectively guaranteeing you will need to at least spend $30 per character and another $30 to finish if you do not get the special item (car). The currency doubles each time you pull (if the car is last for you it will be 150 gacha tickets = $30) and very little way during the event to earn gacha tickets (only 30~ time limited tickets and the rest of the time is blue hearts.) .

2/7: New banner is rigged and/or bugged. Confirmed from CN Servers the Forestbell Spell Banners are rigged with drop rates lower than advertised. A streamer insisted the player base submit reports about deceptive consumer practices. CN Servers later receiving "compensation" that was in-game tickets (no cash refunds) and they delayed fixes while people spent more money. On Global Servers currently: We are getting an incredible amount of duplicates and people believe it is similarly rigged and/or bugged like CN Servers.!

♡ I LOVE HEARTOPIA!! ♡ i'm sososo happy it is out on steam now.. this game has been so addicting and i have been playing it everyday since release on the TapTap client until now.

- THAT BEING SAID.. i do not think this was ready for steam release at all, the pc controls are just copy/paste from mobile and nothing has been changed/updated for pc players.. not to mention this game is still dealing with a lot of bugs that have not been addressed. ૮◞ ‸ ◟ ა one being if you buy the GAMG Full Membership ($2.99 Monthly for daily rewards) many users are not getting their daily rewards and devs have not addressed this issue. many players also have issues with their purchases not going through or it going through and not receiving what they purchased. pet cats getting stuck under houses, clothing bugs & bugs with some quests (though i believe they addressed this last one in their latest maintenance!)

other than the issues that have been going on that i feel should have been fixed/corrected during the multiple closed beta testing's they had and the controls not being updated for pc players, this game truly has been a fun whimsical experience!! ♡ there will be a My Little Pony collab in early February and they are considering Chiikawa for the future. i wish i could rate this as an in-between because i don't feel it fully deserves a thumbs down, but i do want devs to see these things need to be addressed. so i will put it as a thumbs down *for now* and update it later when things are all fixed!!
heartopia is really really fun and i still encourage people to give it a chance! majority of the currency in game is free and you get gacha tickets upon sign up, if you so choose to spend money there are very affordable options. the gacha's that i tried (i did not try polar hymn) do not give you dupes, you are guaranteed an item and if you pull the specialty item you get the entire outfit for free from that one pull! the creative freedom is endless and you can do so much! i even saw a video of someone from global who built a roller coaster.. so cool!!

the characters, story, the freedom when it comes to building, everything about this game is just so adorable! ♡ it truly is a hidden gem and i am so happy that i found it!! thank you soso much for this game, i can't wait to put even more hours into it! i hope that it gets more attention because it really does deserve it! such a wonderfully put together and cute game, i cannot express my appreciation enough! this is a colorful whimsical masterpiece so far and it makes me very happy, thank you devs! ૮( ˃ ꒳ ˂)ა ♡

i have been so incredibly addicted to this game and so happy to play it whenever i get the chance! ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و ♡ kodaka really did such an amazing job with this. the further i get and the different routes, i'm still surprised with what happens. it just feels like (almost) endless fun! ♡ thank you soso much for such an incredible game and i cannot wait to see what you do with it in the future. i heard that there will be a dlc with even more endings and i am just so excited for when it comes out! if you enjoyed the danganronpa series i say you should definitely get this and try it! it is worth it. (∩˃ω˂∩) ♡

i really want to give this a positive review, so maybe i will change this later on. ♡ first i want to say that this is a very cute and comfy cozy game! ♡ it is really unique when it comes to its art style and there are many animals to choose from for you to play. the idea of driving a caravan around is really fun and the customization options i just adore. it really is a cute and fun game.

now to the cons - i’ve only played about 2 hours and already ran into a bug. in the middle of a mini-game, the quest giver randomly gave me an item for a different quest, and then it disappeared. i checked the steam discussions and their discord server for answers, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience.

after looking through bug reports, it seems like the devs haven’t fixed major bugs, some dating back to november 2024. they also rarely respond to player feedback—i saw plenty of posts with no replies. because of this, other community members step in to answer, but instead of helpful responses, i was met with toxic positivity when i brought up my concerns. i was polite, used tone indicators, and made it clear that i wasn’t trying to be negative—i just wanted to know if there was any timeline for bug fixes. instead of a response from the devs, other players told me to be patient and considerate, which felt dismissive and frustrating.

what makes this more confusing is that the devs did acknowledge a similar issue in a post on the steam discussions from january 5, 2025, where they mentioned a fix for missing quest items “On my list is a fix that will have the missing items delivered to you by Catto the postie if you somehow get into the state where you no longer have a quest item. ... I am hoping to get onto that system in the next few weeks :)” yet months later, the issue is still there.

i don’t understand why people excuse this or shut down valid concerns. at the end of the day, this was just my experience, but if you’re okay with ignoring bugs and waiting indefinitely for fixes, you might still enjoy the game. but if you’d rather play something more polished, i wouldn’t recommend it—no matter how cute it is, i’m not sure if the devs are really committed to improving it. ૮ ◞ ﻌ ◟ ა

i love hello kitty island adventure!! ♡ soso much! ♡♡i have played it everyday since it came out and it has just been so much fun. i hope that they do continue to update it even though it is now on multiple platforms and would love to see more playable animals! would love to see more sanrio characters added as well, more items, lots of stuff! i'm still in early game so there probably is a ton i haven't seen yet, but yay so happy it is on steam now thank you! ૮( ˃ ꒳ ˂)ა

this game is a beautiful masterpiece, truly wanderful. ⋆ really sad about what EA did to the devs, hate EA.

sososo incredibly fun!! i haven't played a sonic game in a while, but after seeing all of the new stuff sega was releasing it made me want to get back into it again. playing both sonic and shadows stories have been wonderful! i'm happy that they included classic sonic stuff as well, just overall so happy with this game. as they said, it's the year of the shadow! and i am loving every bit of it. ♡♡
