This is still the best version of Rocksmith 11 years later.

I'm really failing to understand the hype on this. The questing is some of the boring I've seen in a modern game and I played New World. I couldn't imagine investing enough time to get max level when it was this boring in under 2 hours. I thought the first couple hours of a game are supposed to grab you in some way? This doesn't do it. Seeing others who aren't on the hype train mirroring my perspective with significantly more hours in than I have leaves me even less incentive to play anymore.

One of the best games I've ever played, in my top 3 along with Red Dead Redemption 2 and Skyrim.

One of the best games I played, gives me the special feels like Skyrim and Oblivion when I first played them. I held off due to bugs and can say I have yet to encounter anything gamebreaking, and just a couple bugs that were more comedic than anyting.

I'd highly recommend looking into mods as they can making things easier (the save game mod with clutch for me as I like to try lots of things out of curiosity).

I cannot believe something this wonderful is less than $5 at the time of this review. Bought it a couple days ago and already have 15 hours in. The story is engaging, the combat is bad ass, the soundtrack and enviornment really make you feel like you are immersed in Hong Kong / chinese culture, the side conversations can be absolutely hilarious, there's a lot of freedom to diverge from the storyline, and the characters feel REAL. This is just an overall amazing game. More than worth it to buy, especially on sale.

If you like RPGs, beautiful graphics (especially after mods), open world, a large variety of ways to customize the way your character does battle, interesting storyline / lore, epic dragon battles, and you haven't played Skyrim yet...I do not know what the f*ck you are doing with your life. 10/10, one of my favorite games of all time.

**Steam time doesn't reflect actual game time. I played on ps3 until I ran the disc into the ground...then bought on steam :D
