Mausta oman makusi mukaan mausteilla. riko munat kulhoon ja lisää maito. Vatkaa rakenne rikki. kaada uunivuokaan jauhelihaseos ja makaroonit. Sekoita sekaisin keskenään ja tarkista maku. Lisää munamaito ja juustoraaste pinnalle. Paista 180-200 astetta noin tunti. Tämän kanssa sopii etikkasäilykkeet mainiosti.
