I Love this Game but when the update came. Why Valve, why? Update sucks. Feels like im playing overwatch now. I'll thumbs up IF YOU FIXED TF2. TF2 is not big as Dota 2 nor CS:GO, it would be ages to start a gamemode. TF2 is a fps hat simulator game, a casual, fun game. Almost everyone playing the game, is playing it for killing time, lets be real. Those who are new to TF2 (almost everyone who are new) is enjoying this update because they simple don't understand the concept of PUBS, in pubs you can join quickly, not wait for ages, hassel free, can't be force to level up, now casual, you need to wait for you to play, force to level up so you can't be made fun off.

JUST REMOVE CASUAL AND TURN IT BACK TO PUB OR ADD A PUB SERVERS.
