Very, very pretty game. In my 93 minutes played I wandered around the country side and punched a goat. Excellent goat punching simulator.

Uh, this was an unexpected joy to play. The standout strengths of the game are the writing--which is a pleasant level of absurdist that elicits frequent giggles and delighted smiles from me, without being eye-rolling try hard--and also the art. Dev's sensibilities just speak to me. It's wonderful to find a refreshingly weird but well crafted creation like this in the vast sea of clones and tired tropes. It's clever, perplexing in a good way, and slightly demented. Grateful the dev made it so accessible. Hat's off to BossyPino :)

While others slip under their covers at night to die to their morning clone, I instead emancipate my body from its cloth shroud, alight upon my fetid perch, and feast on salty crisps and The Elder Scrolls. "Foos Sho Nuf," I mutter meaninglessly to the dark, my back butt dripping with anticipation of the coming baptism. Though I know it is coming, the blaze of light that erupts from my ultrawide OLEcherous graphics portal merges near instantly with my eyetubes, pulsing, pulsing, until the engorge beyond measure, more, more light, until they finally explode in an agonizing ecstasy. Blood and vitreous liquid streams down my rapturous face, into my mouth, over my chest and naked, dingle-dangly loins. "Toooooodddd......" I whispergasp, savoring the final tinkling trickle of my life fluids cascading onto the perfect polished concrete. They'll have to clean up the mess in the morning. But I don't care. I am Skyplete.

Reminds me of summer sleepovers at my high school best friend's house, faffing about with animation programs, voice recorders, and music sequencers. We spent four years filming and editing a short film about a detective named "Ace," the actors playing the female characters changing constantly because we didn't keep girlfriends very long. It ended up being complete ♥♥♥♥, but we had a fantastic time making it.

I spend all my time planting pretty gardens and experimenting with positive social interactions on a pvp server :) It's honestly my favorite game right now!

Essentially Rust mechanics with an adorable aesthetic, the game is in a good place, with notable gaps, for early access. Probably not going to take any players from Rust, as the pvp loop is limited (which, frankly, I appreciate). You cannot, right now, raid players' homes, for example. You can raid their external items, and kill and loot their toon. A nice balance for me, a casual player, and lines up with their cozy aesthetic.

Wishlist:

-more room in my home for storage and things
-the ability to pick up placeable objects while having a gun or tool equipped
-sign writing mechanic is janky, hard to edit
-voice chat
-more options for customizing exterior of house, skins for placeables
-mouse over box labels! i have no idea where ive put everything

Overall, an excellent game, and well crafted. I'm a fan of these developers!

This is a very neat little gem. The puzzles, music, and overall aesthetic were so pleasant to experience! I will note that It took a moment for me to become invested in the experience because I was initially put off by what felt to me like floaty movement and lack of "snap" to the controls, particularly around the jumping/vaulting mechanic. There is just a sort of looseness or sludginess to the controls as I try to leap from ledge to ledge. As this mechanic is employed so frequently, tightening that up would make this a real joy to play. Also, there is some very minor jank to menu transitions sometimes that I trust could be polished up. The journal recordings made me happy, and reminded me of little archaeological puzzle books I used to read as a kid. Overall, just a sweet and meditative little visual feast to get lost in for a little while. Will update if necessary when I complete. Really cool offering, devs! Congratulations and thank you :)
