I can't recommend this one enough; it's a programming puzzle game where you have to set up machines to manipulate atoms and molecules in a specific fashion.

I'd urge you all to try the demo, because there's some *phenomenal* ideas in this one, and the feeling you get when you pull off an incredible feat with a beautifully clever machine is incredible.
