This game was my introduction to the horror genre, and I genuinely feel I owe it a lot. Very few horror games come this close to perfection. The quality of the world building, sound design, and lore shows just how terrifying and masterfully crafted a horror experience can be.

I have played it countless times when I was around fourteen, but revisiting it now only makes me appreciate it even more. It’s worth noting how well it holds up to this day, and just how brilliantly it was put together.

I've been excited to finally try this game out, and I must admit that the concept is one of the most unique post-apocalyptic horrors I've seen. The setting, style, and music makes the game quite creepy at parts, which is delivered excellently. Many reviews are mentioning that the game doesn't have an auto-save option, which can be really painful if you are not planning to binge the game. I feel like this is going to be fixed soon enough because of the complaints. Of course, there are multiple endings, but achieving them takes an awfully lot of replay and RNG. Despite these two things, this is a really well-crafted horror game. I've enjoyed my first playthrough very much, and left a good impression on me. Unique, thrilling, and creepy—loved it.

Great game with incredible art and music. Choices felt impactful, which made the gameplay even more exciting. Most of the characters were interesting, and the writing was simple but perfectly executed. The game might not be everyone's cup of tea, but there is no doubt that this game was made with great care and a lot of love. Such an awesome story-driven game, enjoyed it very much.

It's hard to find another point & click adventure game this engaging, I loved every second of it. It's twisted and heartwarming at times and made me question reality too. An emotional rollercoaster but in a very fantastic way. It was such a great journey playing this piece of art from start to finish, I just can't recommend it enough.

The story takes the whole Slender Man myth to another level. To me, this is exactly how a Slender game needs to feel. The terrific scares, astonishing sound design, great environments, and the game delivers it just nicely. Even there are bonus levels included after finishnig it, I really wish it had more content to its original story, because it really captured my attention. Top notch horror overall, should definitely give it a try.

The game's atmosphere is both soothing and uneasy. The way you follow the story of four teenagers trying to reveal what's happening on the island where they landed is just so well put together that it's really a heart-warming story, while a lot of elements are pretty disturbing in it.
The voice acting is really great, and the communication between the characters are relatable most of the time, so you can imagine yourself in their situation.
Its narrative forces you to just go with the flow of the game, and it's definitely worth the experience.
The characters that follow you throughout the story are likeable, and decision-making can be difficult in certain situations because the game makes you sympathize with the members of the group.
Unfortunately, I do not feel like repeating the game or achieving more of its endings because the game requires a lot of walking and backtracking, which is absolutely okay for the first playthrough because it's part of the experience, but going through the story for the second time wouldn't be as great and memorable as for the first time.
Give it a try and go into the story with as little information as possible, because it's really worth playing.
