This game is fun. My friends and I had a blast playing this. We wanted more as it was really fun to go through the campaign and try to keep the ship alive. But its ubisoft. From what i can tell they released the game and basically abandoned it after doing some updates and a dlc for it. Tbh unless your a Start Trek fan and have some friends to play with this is not worth it. Dont think it worth the $25 it costs currently. I really wish this was updated more with new campaigns and missions as that would have made this game sooooooooo much better. I hope some other game company in the future makes another game like this in vr. I would instantly buy it.

Was watching a streamer play this and noticed how good it was so before i got too far into it i decided to play it myself. And damn is it fantastic for a HL2 mod. Played through the campaign in one sitting as i got so invested. I absolutely love seeing a mix of different source games to make the game fantastic. Combat was fun but not too hard on the default difficulty. I absolutely love Wilson in the game and how he breaks us out during the after credits. I love the cliffhanger at the end and ill be one of the many people waiting for the third game. Hopefully they can count to 3.

I actually really like this game. The music, writing, and story feel very much like a Indiana Jones movie but in game form. And in my opinion is alot better than the 4th movie. Does the game have issues? Yes. I felt like the difficulty curve was a little harsh towards the end but that could be just my brain not understanding a part of the fighting mechanics. I did run into bugs here and there but nothing really game breaking that prevented me from playing the story. The worst glitch i had was me sequence breaking the npcs at the start of the game. But i was still able to progress. Overall i do really recommend this game if your computer can run it.

Like most other people if this was left early access i would not be leaving a negative review. Just feels like a game that needs more polish and defiantly needs a overhaul in some basic systems of the game.

Damn. This one of the few games im actually going to write a review for. (probably everyone knows this but) This game came out in a rough shape. Was released way too early and should have probably been delayed for a few years more ontop of the delays they originally did. But thats been said many times. After the crap that happened they worked on fixing the bugs and issues. And slowly the game started to become really fun. Even after they said they were done with the game they came back to it a few times and did more fixes and added more cool feature. The game isnt perfect. The story sometimes i think could have been better but its still entertaining and engaging. From time to time i still notice bugs and issues. But rarely now the bugs actually cause issue with the main game. Most of the time its just npcs not behaving like they should or things like other npc vehicles disappearing. Ive been playing through the dlc and love it. This game a A LOT of lore. You can get lost reading all the stuff you find in game. Thats why i love it. Its one of the few games that has their world VERY fleshed out. And i look forward to what they do in this world they created.

Edit: Now that its been some time since the EAC update and ive played an additional 94hrs i would say vrchat did do the right thing in the end. While im still not exactly happy with how they went about doing the update. I still think in the end it was good. The community said how they felt. And vrchat heard and, in my opinion, improved. With the recent updates most of the QOL mods that were lost are now part of the game. There are still a few things missing but some i feel are just niche things or very specific mods. They started to really communicate more with the community with the dev blogs they now post often.

Original Review:
i would have been fine with EAC if Vrchat added most (if not all) of the quality of life mods to the game. That might be a very hard (if not impossible) task but would have soften the blow so much more than now. After 1,800 hours (and probably a couple thousand more in blender and unity) I am taking a break for a couple of weeks. Letting Vrchat figure this ♥♥♥♥ out and see how much the community changes for this game.

Somehow managed to break the game. 10/10

fun to spam props and destroy the game. 90/10

Great game. does have a few bugs here and there i found and some missions and the hacking invasions can be annoying but in general its really fun. i would suggest having a semi good pc since it still needs alot especially if you get the ultra graphics pack they have for free.
