This game means a lot to me as it traumatized me when I was 6. My dad had rented it and I watched him play it and had nightmares for weeks. Now I'm playing it and having nightmares for weeks.

More notably, this is a lazy port from consoles so there are some annoying things, like a little bit of input lag and slightly wonky camera, but it's still a ton of fun with an amazing and compelling story! And it runs on Linux quite well!

I've played this game somewhat substantially from the Beta. I got the demo and worked by ass off to get top 3 in Gotta Go Play to earn a beta key, back when the cannon skip was still possible. I began speedrunning the game and was the first to take on Any% full game, even though once I started doing it I was eclipsed by bigger and better speedrunners. And even though I can seem to only hit 4th on the leaderboards, I still keep going knowing that this game is incredible and that maybe one day I'll be one of the best. Of any game, this is one of the only that has managed to repeatedly captivate me and get me coming back to keep playing. And while it took me a while to get the money to buy it after release, now that I have, you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be gunning for the leaderboards again.

This game is single handedly changing the landscape of the gaming industry. It is so innovative and absolutely perfect. There is no better game.

This is just one of those games that everyone should have no matter what.

This game is amazing in so many ways. You can't go wrong here.

It's a great game with a fun storyline. Really fun, especially with mods. IT's absolutely massive and I challenge you to run out of things to do in it

The game is such trash right now. Hacking is rampant and so widespread, but BlueHole's attempts at stopping it are lazy at best. There is also 0 optimization. The game just runs like absolute sh*t. And it is buggier than a cockroach. The game crashes at least once a day, usually more. It's unnacceptable. Don't buy. Get "Totally Accurate Battlegrounds" instead.

So much fun. Really well made and an awesome storyline. It's difficult to run out of things to do. That being said, when you're a high school student on summer break who no lives games in a weekend, it can get a bit monotomous and very silimilar. So as long as you don't finish it in under 3 days its a great buy.
