Game is nice + the humor of people not moving a cm when there is a car barreling toward them at 240kmph in snow.

Game was fun for first month but then u have to craft the purple parts witch are a pain to craft.
Matchmaking is like 1500 PS = 16000PS. So when you first play for like the first week you get matched with SLAM DUNKS ,Tanks ,Spiders , Prqipine builds.
Grind is like made so you need to pay and when u pay your stuff gets stolen EVEN WITH 2 STEP AUNTETINFICATION and A RANDOMLY GENERATED PASSWORD!
Then when someone steals your stuff custemer suport is like i dont care i dealited your items and now PAY AGAIN.

As the subject line says, i logged in to find i had no car built and when i went to put it back together i found i had no parts at all, checked my history to find everything sold off, and almost all my coin lost.

they got into my account through your system. And yes its possable you just dont want to.
As a meet you half way type of situation. how about your just wipe my account back to a new one and give me the packs i paid alot of money for? simple enough to do from your end. and im willing to give up my months of progress.
I also had authenticaton on.

Yes you are. youv done something very close to that for me before. when i had trouble applying a dlc to my account.
Are you guys really going to allow this mass hackathon to happen and leave your players high and dry?

This discourse went on for the better part of a week, struggleing to get them to work with me in any way and see how damageing this is to the people effected, i even got an upper level support member who seemed better but it was still obvious he had not read most of what i said. In the end they can see where the accounts were accessed by shady 3rd partys and everything stolen and they will do nothing to make it right. They probly expect us to rebuy everything again. I just want to playerbase to know, your accounts are not safe with them, even with 2FA and they will NOT help in any way. Hopefully another company makes a better version of this game and we can all forget and bury Gaijin for good.

Its a very nice game when you learn how not to rage
