Knake är en sorts knackwurstliknande korv som tillverkas i Lund av Holmgrens charkuterifabrik. Korven, som även kallas för lundaknake eller lunnaknake, är en lundensisk specialitet och började tillverkas på 1910-talet. Det nuvarande receptet är från 1960-talet.
Sedan december 2002 finns det en konkurrent till Knake, kallad LunnaMelle, tillverkad av Lundachark AB. Dock anser många[vilka?] att LunnaMellen inte besitter samma knakande egenskap som just Knaken.
På många byggarbetsplatser i Malmö- och Lundregionen är det tradition att, på fredagar innan arbetet, tillsammans sitta ner och inmundiga antingen en knake, lunnamelle eller en WP (finns i oljehamnen i Malmö), som avslut på veckan.
