Dirty Morty and any other person that adds you to join tournament or help him with a jackpot site or vote for his fake ass skin is a scammer that wants to API scam you or just plain ass steal your account. Just block them. There are more sophisciated scammers , but basically anyone with steam profile lvl 12 and below is 100% a scammer. Be aware, and dont get scammed.
