The game has issues and friction points that will be frustration for some but if you stick with it and learn the systems, then my goodness, this game slaps like Will Smith at an award show. There are valid criticism others mentioned (camera, control schemes, lack of storage, story, etc.) and the game did not hook me at first, but after 10 hours it really started to click for me. It sucks that the beginning of this game is a snore but it's really a slow roast game where many people will need that time to get situated. Patience is recommended for this game, sadly many will not stick with it. All I will say is I haven't been lost in a game in a long time and this is a game made for me.

Recommend this game wholeheartedly. The game play and loop is fun and polished. There are some bugs, like getting stuck in places, but mostly good to go. Also, every round is a chance to create memories with strangers. A friendly can turn hostile, then back to friendly in minutes. Some will shoot on sight but many have been friendly... at least in solo play. Group play has been less friendly so if you squad up be ready to fight. Man, such a great game and glad I got to play it.

It's a cross between a mil-sim and a little arcade like game. Fun.

What a masterpiece. I have not been invested in the story nor characters in a game for a long time. I'm not into turn based games but this one is truly one of a kind. This is so good I really recommend it.

I'm not much of a sous like expert. I mostly play FPS but I have dabbled in a lot of the good souls like games like Elden Ring, Black myth, Dark souls, etc. This game truly stands out from many of these with some of features that I wanted in these Souls like games, such as training area, ability to teleport to bosses, etc. This game got me hooked more than many of these games. There are some shortcomings, such as lack of weapons and if you're a magic or a range player this game is not for you. This is a melee heavy game with only 3 weapons but it's just vibes with me. If you're into souls like games, give this one a try.

The optimization with this game leaves a lot to be desired but the core gameplay and end game is fun and keeps true to the MH formula. If you have a decent rig it will be fine. They're working to make it better and I have full confidence the game's performance will get better.

Wow, one of the best early access games I've played... even better than some fully released games out there. I feel like Diablo 4 was just an appetizer to POE 2. Feels more like an evolution of the IP rather than a sequel, if that makes sense. I highly recommend this early access game for a low price of $30.

This little app has been a great tool to help with some demanding games. I can finally play Cyberpunk with ray tracing on at 1440p. Stalker 2 has been working great too. Start citizen works well with this and there is a list somewhere of the games that works. There are some downsides also. You'll see some distortion on HUD items and such but man, is it so much better than the low FPS I get without this app. A must buy for low end or older systems. I have a 5800x3D, 3080 10gb, and 32 gb of ram and this app helps a lot with newer games.

I recommend this game IF you're downloading mods. The vanilla game has a lot of issues and this game isn't for everyone. There are game mechanics that really irk me but the modders came to the rescue and has created a lot of quality of life mods that bring out the joy of this game. Many may not like the atmosphere or the game loop but it's definitely my jam.

There are many valid criticism about the AI but there are times when the game just blew my mind. In one encounter, I got ambushed by a gang of bandits. They lobbed grenades in my direction and flanking my position so I had to run to a building close by for cover. I'm pinned down, reloading my rifle and I could hear the bandits closing in. All the sudden there are more gun fire and grenades being thrown. By the time I'm reloaded and ready to get back into the action wondering wtf just happened. Then I hear a npc call out, "come out here." I peek around the corner and see a green on my reticle and realize they were friendlies. These npc's came to my rescue and it was not scripted. Man, that was great and will be coming back for more.
