FT:SOC Is a game centred around the "Flying tigers," A combat group of american pilots sent over to asia to aid in the fight against the incoming japanese invasion. I personally like the game, but the game also has it's drawbacks;

Cons:
- Semi clunly controls, Not too easy to steer, not too hard, atleast for mouse + keyboard people, I definitley suggest playing with an Xbox remote or something.
- Landings tend to be pretty frustrating seeing as your plane will immidiately nose-dive if you go a tad too slow.
- Enemies seem to zoom through trees at low altitude on some levels.
- Bombing seems a little awkward in this game.

And now for the pros:
- Fast-ish paced combat, You can usually wipe the table with an enemy in a couple of seconds if you land all the shots.
- Detailed and nice visuals. I'm totally digging that comicy feel.
- Multiplayer is pretty good.
- Nice UI, Hud dosen't interrupt gameplay flow as much as some other games.

My final verdict on the game is that it's a decent game if you're looking to play a not-so-serious air combat game. I'd suggest picking this up when it's on sale, but I have hope for the final game's release, which I am going to buy. Now, what're you waiting for? Go blow up some planes! Rating: 7.5/10
