It's like starting in the middle of a 4x generic space empires game with no real indication of what's happening at all. Or why anything happens.
Just play a real 4x instead.

A great take on card battlers and CCG-like game mash-up. You build 2 different decks, your minions and leaders, ie critters and spells. The 2 genres are combined in unique and interesting ways. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something new in the card-battle genre.

No explanation of anything at all. Why does my attack % go down after every attack? This makes it harder and harder to complete encounters. Why do things keep spawning? What are those things? What am I? What is the goal?

I wanted to like this game, but it's overly difficult and thoroughly confusing even for a roguelike.

Pay 2 win. Annoying controls. Melee too powerful. Matchmaking sets n00bs against vets with tons of upgrades leaving you no chance to win. Too twitch-y. Go play TF2 instead.
