(and also because it's cute and i love dragon quest <3)

The USD$40 price point just does not make sense for a game that just went into Early Access with such a glaring lack of options.

on a more serious note, this is probably the most adhd-friendly idle game i've ever played

leave it open in the background while you play other games or roleplay/write, and it's like a fun little surprise to come back to when you remember you have it open-- because the keystrokes/clicking make you fish faster!

i do recommend leaving it open if you're the type to not shut down your computer at night, especially once you're in the higher bait count ranges

also the indieark folks are very responsive in their discord when it comes to suggestions/bug reports :) it does take them a little bit due to timezone differences but it's nice to have somewhere to directly say things

years ago they lost my account and gave me no ETA on when they'd be able to get it back to me. sorry excuse for a company

literally the buggiest game i've ever played 10/10

realtalk though the art is SO cute. i haven't even made it out of summer yet and i'm having such a great time just running around slapping bugs with my net like a madman

at first i was entirely normal about this game. now i have over 100 mods installed and my tism is winning
