Everything about this game. Story. Characters. Scenery. Graphics. It's all there, and it's all good. I can't recommend it enough.

I want to love this game, and when it works properly, it's a lot of fun. The problem is all of the game breaking bugs and glitches that I've come across in my playthrough. I've lost saves, had the game freeze and crash in the same cutscene several times until I realized I had to manually choose the next chapter for the story to progress, and now I've had the game save my progress on the current chapter, but purge all collectibles and side mission progression. I'm talking a full open map of icons and side missions all wiped out, while the story was saved in around the same spot I had left off the night before. SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING. The game itself is a Gears game, and if you enjoy them, then you will enjoy this. But it still needs patching in a bad way, and I'm not holding my breath on that at this point.

Review bombing is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. Please stop. These games don't deserve it.

This game is an absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ treasure. It disgusts me that people are review bombing a game that is so undeserving. This is the kind of game that developers should be STRIVING FOR in 2019 considering the trash that is being release. STOP THIS REVIEW BOMB. It isn't at all constructive, and this game doesn't deserve it.

Hot damn....I had seen so much trash talked about JC3 that I thought this game had to have gotten a bit of a bad wrap. I thought "there's no way this game is as bad as everyone is saying...". I was sooooo so wrong. The cut scenes look like something from Uncharted 1, the in game textures look damn near just as bad, the NPC's are lifeless zombies, the menus are a travesty, and it overall plays like JC3's inbred cousin. I had seen people say that this game wasn't worth more than $10 and I thought they were just being over dramatic. They were 1000% correct. This game isn't worth it until it is on a steam flash sale for $5.99, and even then, be prepared to be disappointed.

Yes, it really, really is that bad..

I can't understand anyone who would give this a bad review just because it went on sale. If you want to complain about games being cheaper, then I don't even know what to tell you.. Seriously though, ignore what those folks are saying and give the game a shot. It's a great bit of fun, just as the last two Tomb Raider games have been.

I feel compelled to say that this game was a head scratcher in the best of ways! Ghost of a Tale is a game that really makes you have to think about your next move, and at the same time think about the places you've been and almost retrace your steps in the process.

Not just that, but it has been beautifully crafted, and it's obviously been done with a lot of love. Considering the size of the team creating this thing, and how polished it already is, I can honestly say that I already see this as nothing more than a masterpiece. It's like I'm playing a Pixar version of 'The Secret of Nihm" in real time. It is truely something that you have to behold yourself.

Now you have to understand that this comes from a guy who usually never EVER pays for a game that hasn't already been completed in full. However, in seeing some of what has already been done with this game, and the direction it has taken in the past updates, I can tell you without hesitation that the future is incredibly bright for ths game.

From the amazing graphics, to the backstories, to the subtle twists within, this game deserves every bit of attention it recieves and more. Give it a shot, and, I promise, you won't be dissappointed!

I am having a blast with this game right now. Really fast paced, smooth gameplay, and a good variety of different classes that are all fun to play. I didn't expect to have so much fun with this game! Highly recommended!

A beautiful, immersive, and overall amazing open world RPG. It deserves nothing but praise for it's expansive landscape, and for it's open door to the modding community, that does nothing but make it better and better all of the time.

I swore I wouldn't, because this is such a simple game at first look, but I shouted like a 4 year old. Great game and very highly recommended.
