Once there were text RPG's. You type in command, you get the result. You can wait and go grab a bite before typing -- it would wait. Also story are not merciful, ill decisions would lead to death, and you can't load previous state.

Stellaris is that, but it's strategy.

I launched this game 4 times and 4 times it crashed on me.
I tried 3 different drives (1hdd + 2 ssd), it didn't helped. Everytime it required 14-16gb download after game files verification.
I thought to lower the quality settings but it crashed while I lowered the quality settings.
When it works it works gradually slower then crashes my Windows with memory error. So it leaks something.
That 15 minutes of gameplay I managed to get out of it was great though. Can't wait til I'll be able to play further.

Why in the name of our lord Vortigont in all the artwork on store page Lambda is replacing letter «A» in a word in which there's already an «L» letter?

Охуеннейшая игра. Миллион настроек, злейшие враги, секреты на каждом шагу. Уровни порой спутанные правда, выход может быть тяжело найти. Но в целом — восторг.

Have you ever noticed that whenever Japanese doing something — they tend to improve the thing they are doing?
Death Stranding is an improvement on the concept of PLAYING A GAME. Overall.
It's not simulator of a messenger as I don't believe distances in the game being physical.
It's not an action game, as gameplay are not centered around killing.
It's not an rpg as there's little character's skills growth.
It's all that and more — just better than anywhere else. You can pause the cutscenes — why isn't that possibility in any game ffs.
