Before i actually start with the review, i have to say this. Selling power in a retail game is about as sleazy as you can get in the game industry (i'd argue that it's a bigger crime than selling power in a f2p game), and that's what most of the gage weapon packs are, selling power.

Now on with the review.

Shields, they've been one of the biggest threats since day one. Why? Because you had to actively out-move them. Now, just pay $4.99 and auto have 3 grenades that stun shields when they explode near them! Or spend $4.99 to have access to sniper rifles that shoot straight through those pesky shields!

Next up... Are you heaving trouble killing cops in Death Wish? Then spend $4.99 to have access to mods that are better than the ones you find in the cards! What's that, you say you're having trouble when the cops swarm you? Then spend $4.99 to have access to LMGs that can clear a room much faster than what your assault rifles can do.

If you're ok with having DLC that does that has OP items in it, that's fine, but i get to call you out whenever you complain about a company selling power in a f2p game. Honestly I think that Overkill intentionaly did it to dodge any accusations because the industry has stuck with that "p2w" (paying for power/advantage) only happens to f2p games.

And this is my problem with PD2, there's no balance whatsoever yet the "stealth-whiners" keep screaming that the "farmers" are progressing much faster than they are and keep demanding that overkill nerfs them, which led to why there's sometimes an Escape mission after a 1 day heist, and that stupid bonus/penelty exp system.
