New World Interactive, the developers of the PC game "Insurgency" are fiercely independent and weren't comfortable with the idea of going with a publisher. However, an employee of the publisher "Focus Home interactive" is a fan of Insurgency and reached out to NWI about supporting their game. This is an excerpt of what NWI had to say on their site:
"Considering our indie background, it was not easy finding a publisher we felt compatible with. We decided to work with Focus because they understand our game and they believe in our vision.”

Although, prior to that article being published to their site, Jeremy Blum & Michael Tsarouhas(community manager) discussed the terms of their deal in more detail in their weekly live stream which I watched. Jeremy (Founder/Director) said Focus Home Interactive simply covers distribution and marketing without NWI losing any rights or ownership to their intellectual property or their company.

I've talked with several staff at NWI repeatedly and their perspective on the gaming industry is very similar to our own dev team. I respect their opinions, choices and if they approve of Focus then I'd be inclined to considering them as our publisher when our team is ready (if they'd have us).

redesigned below me idea,a game about a litl creature what needs to find 3 pieces 1 piece is on each planet there are 3 planets warm cold and hot no names yet :/ and he needs to find them to save his civilastion from bigger creatures the litl creatures dont die by the bigger creatures they actually die of hearth attacks if they attack because of the litl hearths what they have.
