Just to reply to your comment on FPS here is an article, some people believe they can feel above 30fps and there may be a real difference between these. An article on this -http://www.tweakguides.com/Graphics_5.html Also below 30fps there is a slower update time between images which means you can often have a slower time to see a threat and then this also affects reacting and possibly aiming.
