I used voice_enable 0 everygame. I might be a jerk but it helps me focus in the game and no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t. I got to LE playing only voice_enable 0. Yes, sometimes i might be a jerk, but i'm always more focused on the game itself. I don't hear calls but i keep track of my teams colors and where they died so i know what's going on. Also, minimap. Then you keep track of your team money to see if they need a drop and it's all good. BTW your team will still listen to you while voice enable is set to 0 so you can give calls. The thing is teams might Tilt you (in my case anyways) or they might say dumb♥♥♥♥♥♥when you're clutching or fight against each other and you can't hear footsteps. To those who have some of these issues i recommend givin' it a try. It might help.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.

I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
