yea youve got under 4 hours in the game, and if you have owned the game for less than a month you can usually get a refund:

Go to the steam support website and find your way through the menus to your game list: find GRW and click the refund button.

If it's freezing, it's a problem with your PC. You can also refund it if you'd like.
