press the settings icon on motorsport manager in your library, properties, scroll down until you find "advanced start up options" and paste in cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%" and yes, include the quotation marks. thats how you play without internet, also if command prompt opens up but nothing's there, just close it.
