Descopera o reteta simpla si delicioasa de lebar de casa, perfecta pentru a obtine un pateu, maios sau leberwurst traditional. Incearca acum aceasta reteta usor de preparat, cu ingrediente de calitate, pentru o gustare savuroasa, ideala pentru mesele de sarbatori sau petreceri. Ficatul se spala bine si se taie bucati potrivite.
Fierbeti ficatul in apa timp de 15-20 de minute, pana se intareste usor. Scoateti-l si lasati-l sa se raceasca.
Ficatul, slănina, carnea şi ceapa se fierb sau se călesc, apoi se toacă fin şi se amestecă cu sare, piper, cimbru şi zeama de la fierbere până devine o pastă moale. Compoziţia se umple în maţe curate, care se fierb lent 30–40 min şi se răcesc pe grătar. Aroma poate fi îmbogăţită cu nucşoară, boia, enibahar, maghiran sau salvie, folosite cu moderaţie.

Salutare! Suntem 2 jucatori de level 4,8 faceit lem/supreme mm care mai cautam inca 3 jucatori cu care sa formam o echipa de amatori, in ideea ca nu ne visam mari jucatori dar nici boti. Ne dorim jucatori seriosi, preferabil 18+ care sunt dispusi la 3 pracc uri pe saptamana ( pracc inseamna ca ne pregatim harti nu ca ne jucam faceit ca un mixt) si din cand in cand sa ne jucam si la cupe/ turnee.
