The story of unexpected genius. It sounds very sad. Your works are amazing.

Activity is a garbage can that only works if you really have 1000 friends, and very active ones at that. To make a profit from this type of activity, you need to work as a second job and devote a lot of time to it. It is sad.

Such wonderful works are lost among the simple ones, just because someone somewhere spends a lot of time in the feed and traveling through other people's profiles.

I wish you not to fade away.

@rabbit I uploaded wukong shots to steam and they all got 1-3 likes. So I just deleted them and quit uploading here :P

On steam, it's all about how many friends you amass. And I don't feel like adding 700 friends just so my screenshots get a lot of likes.

While I appreciate feedback on screenshots I've uploaded, I've more or less retired from the hobby of capturing them for the foreseeable future. I just don't have the time and there are plenty of other people who do an amazing job.

Sorry for the late response. I don't check my Steam profile much. It's easier to get a hold of me in twitter. If you're curious about screenshot techniques, the Framed Discord is a good place to join. Or check the site, we have a lot of guides.

I created the guide and tool for making custom DSR resolutions in different aspect ratios. That's what I use to achieve aspect ratios that my monitor doesnt support. You could create ultrawide resolutions for your 16:9 monitor, as that's what I did until I bought one. But now I use it to create 2:1 resolutions and other stuff.

Your Witcher 3 screenshots have always been an inspiration so I started working on taking good screenshots! Do you have any advice taking/faking ultrawide resolutions with a 16:9 screen? I'm almost tempted to get an ultrawide just for this newfound hobby! :heart_eyes_yeti:

I can tell you what monitor I have, but it in no way effects the quality of my screenshots. I take shots in many different aspect ratios and resolutions. The methods to do that are available no matter what monitor you use.

But mine is the Asus PG348Q (3440x1440, 100hz, gsync)
