To be fair, there is no animation, just a default water effect with 1 frame gif as it's mask

So I'm not sure if you really need to ask for any permissions

@garfield2468, Actually you can make it by yourself.

If you have one of my Water effects you can find effect's image (one frame gif) in \steamapps\workshop\content\431960\(wallpaper's workshop id)

And with ease you can add animated effect for any your picture in Wallpaper engine's editor.

I wanne ask you if you could make a Custom version of the Water effect wallpapers. I really want a nice Black and red wallpaper and i think it will be nice if it is something like that water effect. Let me know if you can do that for me.
