This is probably one of the safest sequels I've ever seen. It's Max Manos at its core while mixing things up a little bit. If you enjoyed Max Manos 1, you'll almost certainly enjoy this one. If you're here because you like incremental games but haven't played 1, start with 1. This game is certainly worth $6 USD, the currently discounted price of $4.49 is even more worth it. If you're a fan of simple incremental games, why are you reading reviews? Just go try the demo and get ready to spend a few dollars

i don't know what i expected, but it wasn't this. this game is a masterpiece hidden in old-school style graphics. It's the perfect mix of grinding and rewards. There's so much that you can work towards, and by doing so you achieve things you didn't expect to. You feel rewarded for the efforts you put into your character, and there's so much satisfaction in putting in the effort to make an impossible task into a simple one. This game is deeper than the Mariana trench if you decide to explore everything there is to it. At 70 hours in, i can tell i've barely scratched the surface, but it doesn't have the overwhelming oppressiveness that large sandbox games tend to have.

Hands down the best game I've ever played. The latest update and DLC just make it that much better. This game is impressive, and the effort put into the recent update shows it is loved by its creators.

If you're playing Factorio, this is a must-have. I reached 100 hours in this dlc in a week, it usually takes me a year+ to get that playtime in other games. 11/10, must buy. Say goodbye to your free time

This and MR1 are so good that this dev has got on my "automatically buy all games" list. Every idle game should aspire to be as clear, rewarding, and satisfying as MR 2. If you already liked the first, I guarantee you'll love this one as it's a step up in pretty much every QoL. If you haven't played the first but are a fan of idle games, buy this and you won't be disappointed.

Been keeping an eye on it, and it got an update that really added some nice QoL changes and additions. I wouldn't say it's quite worth the $9 I paid yet, but the potential is real and I like where it's going. Definitely enjoying it and would recommend.

I wanted to like it, I really did. But it just doesn't reflect the price tag. The concept is there, enough to convince myself to spend $7 while it was on discount. However, the game is tedious and just lacks features. If this were free or a couple dollars, I'd say for sure get it, but there are so many other free idle and incremental games that I just can't suggest getting this game.
I almost didn't want to post a negative review because I really like the concept and don't want the dev to get discouraged, but I wanted to give it a fair chance with feedback. Refunded, but will keep an eye out in case it gets more content in the future to justify the price tag, or the price tag lowers.

It's like a 3d version of Forager. It's pretty much exactly what it advertises to be, well worth the money

Owlcats really did it again, making a great game. While the way mythic is handled isn't perfect, it's definitely better than I expected and a fun twist from the TTRPG. The DLC are great, and the I especially like the way the roguelite mode is done this time. At full price it's worth it, on discount it's downright a steal

I wish I could rate this game a triple thumbs up. I picked up this game on a whim, thinking I wouldn't care much for it. Ooooo boy, I was WRONG. I thought "oh it's like working, it won't be entertaining for long" and I can certainly say I was wrong abotu that too. This game is one of, if not THE MOST satisfying games I've ever played. Sometimes it's frustrating finding all the tiny silvers of dirt that you missed in some hard to reach stuff, but the satisfaction of finally completing a level is like none other. I can't recommend this game enough.
