The amount of hype that came out of this game was enough to collapse into a black hole. And yet, Silksong manages to live up to every drop of it.

Highly recommended. Absolutely check out the original Hollow Knight before you play. There's a lot of nice parallels between the games, and some recurring lore elements that will make your brain explode

Spent a good hour researching how to change your Windows username to make the game more immersive, an annoyingly convoluted process for such a simple thing. Turns out they let you do that in-game. Functionality like that is prime positive review material.

No other story game has made me feel as much emotion as Outer Wilds did. I just wish it wasn't one-and-done, that I could re-experience the game like it was new again.

Wonderful game all around. Only complaint is that the initial ending is rather fast-paced and questionable at times. I feel like it would have greatly benefited from a few more cutscenes of Chronos re-intregrating into the family over time, to really cement the idea that he's trying to change his ways. Otherwise he just feels sinister still in the one cutscene you get, like there's some kind of deeper ploy at play. It would also help transition into his current state, where he spontaneously molds with his present self and realizes how terrible he was. Though I have yet to get to the epilogue / true ending, this was my initial thoughts. I think there can be more to add, but a full change to the ending is not necessary
