I only bought it because I liked the Styx games so much and wanted to know more about my smelly goblin friend.
I was a little hesistant to buy Of Orcs And Men because of some things I have heard about the game before hand. But in the end, I have to say, I enjoyed it quite a bit.
The game is not too difficult, the humor is similar to the one found in Styx solo games. The abilities are fine, still the combat feels a little cluncy at times. It is frunstating when it feels like the character you are not controling is off doing its own thing, completely ignoring the orders you gave him initially. That was usually not a real problem though, I sneaked in with Styx, did 75% of the work already and just cleaned up afterwords. The levels where you control Styx exclusivly are cute, compared to the full on stealth games that should follow, but fun regadless.
The story is great, especially Styx has a great character arc!


tl;dr: Roleplaying game with mediocre combat and good story that I can recomend to everyone who can not get enough of Styx!

Awesome game for 4 years now. Got a little bit annoying with all the hats, but if you can ignore that, it is still the best multiplayer shooter available.

You like Portal? Then this will blow your mind. Way more playtime, story twists and a multiplayer that is just tremendous.

Awesome game style, funny references, no mana or cool-down-times. lots of secrets to discover and a ♥♥♥♥ load of spells. the only downside right now: it is buggy as hell. just take a look at the update history and you´ll see how much there was and is to fix. but since they are trying to take care of that, this game is really worth its ten bucks!
