I love this game!! The lovely music and art and gameplay all fit together so well and the whole game is absolutely adorable! I'm already looking forward to Minami Lane 2!!!

This is my new favorite indie game. I haven't written any meaningful reviews before but this game resonated with me at a personal level and out of all the games I've played, for some reason this was the one that got me emotional at the end I wanted to make sure other potential fans of this game don't miss out.

You can tell that a lot of love and care has gone into the development of this game and playing it feels like being introduced to someone's favorite childhood sock monkey. The story has elements of Pixar's Inside Out with its own lovely humor and quirkiness and I found myself humming to the music long after playing the game. The puzzles are probably slightly on the easier side but I actually credit it to good game design and well-placed hints and writing, which I would much more prefer than wandering and struggling for hours to then solve the puzzle and have the game hints only make sense after figuring out the solution.

I did receive this game for free and having played through the game and then looking at the price tag, I would gladly pay full-price now and will get another copy as a gift but I could see myself being a bit wary of the price if I hadn't already played and fallen in love with it. For those willing to support really great indie games, I highly recommend this. If you find this game through a sale though and are on the fence about whether to try this game or not, hopefully my review convinces you that this game is completely worth it. I can't wait to check out the other two games by Bedtime now.
