🍗 Easy Chicken Casserole Recipe 🍗

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
4 tbsp melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half the cheese. Season with salt & pepper.
Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter, then spread over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
