I'm rewriting my review. I am really unhappy with the fact that you guys changed soldier skills. I had a well organized and geared squad, now nobody has weapons that match their skills. Why does a Spetsnaz cost $68k but at max level they have no weapons at 100? Completely altering what units are good with is jarring and destroys the entire profile I was building with the mixed unit tactics. I don't really want to start over at this point, I am about 90 hours into my current file.

Definitely on of the best games I have played. My most played game in my library, actually. Endless entertainment with mods out of the ass. Buy it. Now. Go. It's like $10 or something. Buy it or kill yourself.
