After having played for a good month or so, I have to say, this is a rare find among rpgs. Albeit starting the game is mildly difficult, it's a fun and interesting game to play! For what it's worth, I love this game mostly because it's all about the player.

The economy is not run based on a setup from the developers, it's completely player-based, meaning you can set up shop in the little customizable bag you are given at the beginning of the main part of the game. Not only that, but there are a bunch of balanced, customizable classes you can jump into depending on your play style! Couple that with spells you have to use to improve, gear you can craft/find/buy from others, and all sorts of bonuses like Clan Member bonuses and Guild bonuses, you can increase your stats and quickly find a build for yourself! If that wasn't enough of a hook for the gameplay, you have several opportunities to "Restat", or change up all your spells and ability bonuses!

There are a few major downsides to the game: There are NO NPC characters that are useful. By this, I mean there are no shopkeepers or helpful questline helpers, it's all based on you and your groups. This might be bad for some people, but this means you can literally cut through all the crap with hirelings and stuff, and just find like-minded players to work alongside!

+ The game is simple to work with, using mostly the right and left mouse buttons to control your character and your surroundings.
+ You control the environment! You can decide what crops to take and what all is removed from the area, like herbs, trees, and even the monsters!
+ The economy is easy to understand, you sell anything at whatever price you want! It's up to the player that wants what you have to pay the price.
+ The graphics are good, as well as the sprites and animations!

- There are bugs, as with every game. If you spot something, report it, please, the devs will want to know what is going wrong.
- Guilds are at a downside, as there are what are called Haven Worlds, or a World for your guild members to use. Others can slip in and steal stuff from it if you aren't careful, and you'll want to realize you probably WON'T be getting one for a long time if you're a new or semi-poor guild.
- PvP is included, so those of you who are low-lvl with high professions, beware other players! Some will want to steal all your crops and leave you nothing in return!
- You have to reintroduce anything missing into the environment. If there are no more Ash Trees, to name something important, then if you have the seedlings for it, you'll be forced to replant.


There are ways around all the farming/environment stuff, but until you get enough money to buy the Haven Gems needed, it's a bit much to go after. Alot of the players love to help one another out, so ask questions if you want to know something. That said, enjoy playing Wakfu, and hope to see you in the World of Twelve!

Playing this game is alot like starting a project. Unless you have a clear idea of what you want to do, it'll be rather hard to figure out the best way to enjoy this. Fortunately, they have alot of variety to the game and what you are able to do with it, as well as giving you a chance to enjoy all the skills and classes you want to take or experiment with!

Lantern Forge can be classified as a basic RPG, but with quite a few twists. There are no real classes there, since you're not limited to only choosing one set of skills. Your equipment can be mixed and matched, so if you like to wear a mage's armor, but prefer to go Gandalf and swinging swords around, it's all good. There are some npc's to start with after you gather all the materials for a town center, so you'll have more ways to earn money, like selling crops or ditching extra gear you don't need.

The community of players for this game is large enough that they won't lead you off into the deep end if you ask any questions, and you'll find lots of post and screenshots of how people are doing. Once extra content like bosses, base-destroying monsters and extra events pop up, things will be getting interesting.

There are a few pros/cons to this game, so I'll go ahead and list them all off as I've seen them.

Pros:
Fairly Infinite Re-playabilitiy
Lots of variety in building things, like castle towns, manors, small towns, etc.
Various and assorted monsters
Pick and choose the skills and playstyles you want
Easy to understand controls
Very friendly gamers to help you out with questions

Cons:
Lots of loading screens
It can be very difficult to get some of the items you need to progress further into the game
Money is too abundant
The surface has monsters that are scaled to your level, so leveling up is easy
Dungeons are too small and easy. They need way more variety, as well as traps and harder monsters.
Not enough controls, nor is there a better way to move about. Clicking around only gets you so far, and can be fatal.

This is a good game, just a bit tedious in it's control scheme. If any questions pop up, feel free to ask the community of players!

Very well detailed game with differing storylines depending on which of the three characters you play. From the beginning on, it teaches you the game while playing out the storyline at a set pace. There are a few pros/cons that I want to discuss, though.

Pros:
-Good graphics and a beautiful, original soundtrack.
-Different characters and unlocks for the game.
-Multiple endings depending on the character you play.
-Amazing storyline!

Cons:
-NOT Gamepad compatable instructions ingame, all instructions are based for computers.
-The same ending regardless. Come on, you have to have one ending that ends well for everyone, right?
-Heavy grind game, if you play on the harder difficulties with Yunica or Hugo, expect more grinding than with The Claw.

Very good buy, especially if you're a fan for awesome stories and fun (Yet punishing) games.

Good game for people who have tons of spare time on their hands. Survive the longest to get all the Fame, Gear, and supplies you'll need to take on some of the most difficult enemies in-game, and Take on Oryx Himself. Just don't die, else you'll have nothing left to show for it but some fame.
